    Each GPN Poland member meets standards of Global Passenger Network organization:

• Have been operating in the motor coach business for a minimum of five (5) years or have an entity under common control with, or which is parent or subsidiary of, a member operator or applicant which has been operating in the motor coach business for five (5) years.

• Possess charter and/or special operations authority issues by all appropriate national and international operating authorities.

• Have minimum insurance coverage in an amount set by the applicable national or regional governments in which the member operates.

• Have a professional driver and management training program.

• Operate a fleet of quality, modern motor coach equipment.

• Have a documented preventative maintenance program.

• Have on-site, full service garage and maintenance facility and/or contracted maintenance operation able to support the Network in emergency situations.

• Agree to service and support other member operators in their service centers with appropriate parts and personnel.

• Agree to make all facilities and/or equipment available to the customer for inspection prior to the booking of service.

• Have a customer service feedback process
